Crossville Police recently arrested a man and woman on drug charges after they were located in the woods next to Beverly Hills Apartments. Jennifer Sue Tuttle, age 46, was booked and charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. David Wayne Kerley Sr., age 40, was also taken to jail and charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine.
