Sebastin Miguel Domingo, 50, faces charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Resisting Arrest following a collision at Stanley Street and West Avenue. Crossville Police say Domingo failed to yield, struck another vehicle and fled at a high rate of speed. Officers intercepted his truck at Miller Avenue, where Domingo allegedly refused to exit the vehicle and physically fought with detectives before being subdued and handcuffed.
