The Cumberland County Commission has approved a resolution to create a Safe Baby Court, which is a special court program that would provide various needs for children up to age four who have become involved with the justice system. The Safe Baby Court is fully funded by a $100,000 grant from the State of Tennessee and does not require a local match.
