Crossville, Monterey and Rockwood Receive Downtown Improvement Grants

Crossville, Monterey and Rockwood are among 16 Tennessee Main Street and Tennessee Downtowns communities that are recipients of more that $4.3 million in Downtown Improvement Grants. The funding supports façade and streetscape improvements.  Crossville was awarded $300,000; Monterey will get $240,000 and Rockwood will receive $100,000. As part of the program, each new grant recipient will be required to match 25% of the funding received.
