New Industrial Park Coming to Monterey, Tennessee

Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter has announced the development of a new industrial park in Monterey.  Project Wildcat, a new 27-acre development, will become The Summit Industrial Park on Highway 70 near Exit 301.  According to Mayor Porter, the park will feature flexible industrial buildings ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 square feet.
