The man killed Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash near Spring City has been identified as 28-year-old Robert T. Chapman. The accident happened at the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 68. According the THP, Chapman failed to yield and was struck by pickup truck. A 5-year-old child in that truck was injured.
