An ATV reported stolen from a property in Rhea County has been recovered in Cumberland County. A Sheriff’s Deputy located the green 2002 Honda Foreman on Lige Road where a man produced a bill of sale and said he bought it for $1500 from another man who delivered it to his residence. The Deputy took the bill of sale and loaded the 4-wheeler on a trailer to return to the victim in Rhea County.
