The Rockwood Police Department reported that the 500 block of South Gateway was closed Sunday afternoon (Feb. 1, 2026) due to a structure fire. It reportedly began as an RV fire and crews were trying to keep it from spreading to other units at the storage facility. Traffic was rerouted onto South Kingston Avenue.
