The TBI has identified the man found murdered in Roane County as 44-year-old Elton Richardson. His body was discovered in an abandoned structure near the 4600 block of Decatur Highway in Ten Mile. The suspect, 27-year-old Zachary Lowe, of Knox County, has been charged with First Degree Murder and is being held without bond in the Roane County Jail.
