4-Month Narcotics Investigation Leads to Arrest in Putnam County

A Putnam County man has been arrested on multiple drug charges following a 4-month investigation. Porter Conrad Vance was taken into custody after the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, assisted by the Putnam County SWAT team, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, executed a state narcotics search warrant at a residence located around the 6000 block of Baxter Road in Putnam County.  Vance was charged with Manufacture, Delivery, Sell of Schedule I; Manufacture, Delivery Sell of Schedule II; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Possession of a Firearm during Attempt of a Dangerous Felony; Restrictions on Firearm Ammunition; Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence; Simple Possession; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
