The Tennessee Department of Transportation reports that “progress on the US 127 bridge over Clear Creek project has recently focused on things like stream mitigation work, installing stabilization measures in the ground around the bridge, and completing the remaining rock cuts needed for the new alignment of the roadway on both the Cumberland and Fentress sides of the project. Once temperatures rise, the new roadway will be prepared for paving! The entire project is on track to complete this year and will connect the towns of Crossville and Jamestown.” (Photos courtesy TDOT)
