Funeral services for Bettye Louise Maxwell, 86, of Crossville will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, April 16 at 11 am. Visitation will be before the service beginning at 10 am, and burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Nashville at 2:30 pm after the service. Bettye is survived by her daughter Kelli (William) Locklear; her grandchildren Moragn, Maddie, and Joshua (Madison) Locklear; her great-grandchildren Jonathon and Ryker Locklear; her sister Mary Edith McNew; and a host of nieces and nephews.
