A Cleveland, Tennessee man died Sunday after he fell out of a raft on the Ocoee River. Witnesses pulled 50-year-old Richard White from the water and performed CPR until first responders took over. He was pronounced deceased at a nearby hospital. Officials say Mr. White was wearing a helmet and a personal floatation device. This is the 6th boating-related fatality on Tennessee’s waterways this year.
