A massive 190,000-square-foot commercial development dubbed the “Power Retail Center” could soon be coming to Genesis Road. Preliminary site plans from developer Pan American show a complex designed for five major anchor stores and multiple smaller retail buildings. The Crossville Planning Commission gave their approval on Thursday after a review during their monthly meeting. While official tenants have not yet been announced, city leaders view the multi-acre development as a major economic milestone for the area.
