The Fraternal Order of Police Frank G. Clement Lodge #38 Crossville, Tennessee has announced scholarship winners from both Stone Memorial High School and Cumberland County High School. From SMHS the scholarship winners are Jake Hennessee and Lillyana Van Hoose. From CCHS the winners are Whitley Atkinson and McKensie Stevens. These scholarships are possible through the funds received during the FOP’s summer fund raising program within Cumberland County.
