An investigaton initiated by the Algood Police Department has resulted in the arrest of 46-year old Mathew S. Hooper who has been charged with two counts of Soliciting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and District Attorney Investigators assisted.
