Cumberland County voters decided local races during Thursday’s County General Election, re-electing key county-wide officials and deciding several key contests for County Commission, Road Superintendent, and School Board seats.
Kevin Music picked up a win to unseat Stanley Hall for Road Superintendent. Music won with 7,480 votes over Hall’s 5,120.
County Mayor Allen Foster, Sheriff Casey Cox, County Clerk Jule Bryson, County Trustee Kim Tollett Wyatt, Circuit Court Clerk Jessica Burgess and Register of Deeds Trey Kerley were unopposed.
