After a long and distinguished career, Captain Troy Human of THP’s Criminal Investigation Division has retired. Captain Human’s career spanned over 35 years. 25 of those years were with the Tennessee Highway Patrol, where he served in the Criminal Investigation Division for more than 23 years. Before joining THP, Captain Human served the Cookeville Police Department for seven years, and three years with the United States Army as an MP. (Source and photo courtesy THP Facebook)
