Chattanooga menswear store Bruce Baird & Co. has been sued for allegedly using an unauthorized photo of the late Princess Diana in one of its ads.  Glenn Harvey, who was a photographer for the royal family from 1985 to 1997, filed the lawsuit in Chattanooga federal court.  Harvey claims he owns a copyright of the photo.  Per the lawsuit, the photographer is seeking a trial by jury, payment for damages, attorneys’ fees and any other relief the court deems proper.
