A joint project of the City of Crossville, Cumberland County and the Chamber of Commerce was awarded a $4.5 million grant on Tuesday. Crossville Mayor RJ Crawford made the announcement during a special called session of the Crossville City Council on Tuesday. The three entities had applied for the Site Development Grant in order to construction a spec building in the Interchange Business Park. In all, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development announced over $17 million in grants for projects across the state.
