A Silver Alert has been issued on behalf of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office for 80-year-old Roger Phillips, Sr.
Roger was last seen Wednesday, June 19, 2024 and may be wearing black jogging pants with a white stripe down the side, and black shoes. Roger is 5’11”, weighs 180 pounds, and has blue eyes and grey hair.
Roger may be traveling in a 2010 burgundy Ford F-150 extended cab truck with TN tag 191 BHKL.
He has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
