Jude Rod Pennington has been found guilty of 2nd Degree Murder in the shooting death of 39-year-old Travis Allon Sinard of Crossville.
It happened November 14, 2019 in Ashmore Estates in the Rinnie community during what authorities at the time described as a domestic situation where the two men exchanged gunfire.
Pennington was found wounded in a pickup truck near the Highway 127 North entrance of the subdivision with a gunshot wound to the right shoulder and upper thigh.
Mr. Sinard was discovered lying in the front yard of the residence on Colby Circle with a shot to his head and hand and later died from his injuries.
