Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster reports that Cumberland County has been recognized three times at the Tennessee County Services Association conference.
Mayor Foster congratulates Ninth District County Commissioner, Colleen Mall, on being named the regional Commissioner of the year.
Cumberland County Government and the Solid Waste Department won a Success Story for innovation with the new compactors that have been installed at two locations. Foster congratulates Director Conrad Welch and staff.
