A Missouri woman will reportedly plead guilty to a federal charge for her role in illegally trying to auction off the late Elvis Presley’s Graceland estate. Lisa Jeanine Findley appeared before a federal judge in Memphis and said she will plead guilty to a charge of mail fraud. Findley had falsely claimed that before her death Lisa Marie Presley had borrowed $3.8 million and had put Graceland up as collateral. In May 2024, Findley reportedly attempted a foreclosure sale on the estate which was halted by a judge after Elvis’ granddaughter filed a lawsuit. Findley will be sentenced at a later date.
