Fairfield Glade Resident Reports Card Fraud Linked to Gas Pump Skimmer

A local woman has come forward as a victim of card skimming following the discovery of a skimming device at Food City Gas Pump #9 in Fairfield Glade. According to Cumberland County Sheriff Department reports, a resident of Bent Oak Lane reported the incident to the Fairfield Glade Police Department on April 4^th. The victim reported shortly after purchasing fuel, two unauthorized purchases were made in Murfreesboro. She confirmed the issue has since been resolved with her bank but was advised by authorities to report any further suspicious activity. The investigation into the skimming device remains ongoing.
