Ninth Judicial District Attorney General Russell Johnson has announced that Assistant District Attorney Anthony Rogers will start a new career as Morgan County General Sessions Court Judge on June 1st. Rogers takes over for long-time General Sessions Court Judge Mike Davis who will be coming to the DA’s office and replacing Anthony as the ADA in charge of General Sessions & Juvenile Courts.
