A 75-year-old man died Saturday after falling from a boat on Norris Lake in Campbell County. It happened just before 6pm.
The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said this marks the 8th deadly boating incident in the Volunteer State so far this year.
TWRA will participate in the 2025 National Safe Boating Week through May 23rd prior to Memorial Day Weekend May 24-26. Boaters are reminded to wear life jackets and brush up on boating safety skills and prepare for the summer boating season.
