Sunday, June 22, 2025 – Rolling Roadblock Sunday I-40 WB Cumberland County Near Plateau Road Exit and Eastbound Putnam County Near Monterey/Livingston Exit

Motorists traveling on I-40 in Putnam and Cumberland counties Sunday morning (6/22/2025) should be aware of utility work in both directions from Mile Marker 304 to Mile Marker 311.  From 6am to 8am this Sunday, motorists should be prepared to stop and expect delays in these areas.   Officer assisted rolling roadblocks on I-40 will begin eastbound in Putnam County near Exit 300 Monterey/Livingston, and westbound in Cumberland County near Exit 311 Plateau Road.  Message boards, signage, trucks, and law enforcement vehicles will be preset along I-40 and ramps.
