Club Wyndham will be closing timeshare operations in Fairfield Glade by the end of 2025. The Fairfield Glade Community Club said it was verbally notified early Wednesday morning (July 9, 2025). According to a statement released by Club Wyndham, “The resort leadership team for the timeshare portion of the community was recently notified that during a recent review of the broader portfolio of resort properties, Fairfield Glade was identified as requiring substantial infrastructure updates. In an effort to insulate owners from potential hefty special assessments, leadership will work with the HOA board to initiate the process to sell the resort.” The resort will continue to operate business as usual through the end of the year.
