The Department of Justice says 24-year-old Skyler Philippi, of Columbia, Tennessee, has pleaded guilty to attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction and attempting to destroy an energy facility in Nashville in November 2024. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 8, 2026. Philippi faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.
