A Kingston man was arrested after he allegedly left the scene of an accident at Centennial Park. Crossville Police were dispatched to the park where they found a 2005 Toyota Carolla wrecked in the grass of the parking lot with a downed tree behind it. The driver, 23-year-old Robert James Boudreau, was apprehended when he returned to the scene of the accident in another vehicle and was spotted by police. Boudreau was placed into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
