The Metro Public Health Department has received confirmation of a case of the measles, believed to be the first measles case in Nashville since 2005. The person is currently in isolation. The Tennessee Department of Health reports there have been 8 cases of measles so far this year, with 4 of those cases in Upper Cumberland Region.
