The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency has received a $100,000 IMPROVE Transit Investment Grant to install a vehicle wash bay at their maintenance facility to reduce costs of third-party wash facility use. Through three grant programs, the Tennessee Department of Transportation has awarded over $42 million in state and federal grant funds that support multimodal investments in walking, biking and transit statewide in Tennessee.
