On Wednesday, the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department K9 Unit presented Christi Flory with a check for over $4,200, representing funds raised through Breast Cancer Awareness K9 patch sales.
The Sheriff’s Office says Christi, who is battling breast cancer, has faithfully served the people of Rhea County as Civil Court Clerk and is also the mother of Sgt. Hunter Flory, a dedicated member of the K9 Track Team.
