The Tennessee Highway Patrol is mourning the loss of Retired Colonel Tracy Trott, who passed away following a short illness. Trott served 40 years with the THP, his last eight as colonel. He retired in 2018. Colonel Trott was widely respected within the law enforcement community, both nationally and internationally.
