The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of Lieutenant Randy Brown who passed away Wednesday (Feb. 4, 2026) while undergoing a major operation. He was 64.
Lieutenant Brown dedicated three decades of service to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
