A Deerlodge man has been with 9 counts of Aggravated Animal Cruelty. The Fentress County Sheriff’s Office said the charges against Bradford Wright stem from a welfare check on an individual at a residence on Brodio Road. No person was found at the home but Deputies discovered several decayed animals and several more living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Five animals were seized and the case is still pending an outcome in court.
