A Crossville woman reports that her laundry was stolen from a dryer at the Wash & Dry Laundromat Thursday night (Feb. 19, 2026). Video footage shows the victim putting the clothes in the dryer and walking away. Around 9:40pm a blonde white female wearing an oversized blue “Bluey” hoodie and a dark skinned male with a beard, wearing a green t-shirt and blue jeans unload the dryer and put the items in a tote before walking away. The victim says she remembers the couple and they acted like they knew nothing about the missing clothes when asked. Loss was estimated at $75. The video has been put into evidence.
