District Attorney General Bryant C. Dunaway reports that a Cumberland County Jury has found John Edward Fitzjarrel guilty of:
– Possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell or deliver, in an amount of 300 grams.
– Criminal Impersonation.
The charges stem from a February 2025 traffic stop by a Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy. An investigation revealed the controlled substance in the vehicle resulting in the arrest of Fitzjarrell.
