Cumberland County Jury Finds John Edward Fitzjarrell Guilty on Drug and Criminal Impersonation Charges

District Attorney General Bryant C. Dunaway reports that  a Cumberland County Jury  has found John Edward Fitzjarrel guilty of:

– Possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell or deliver, in an amount of 300 grams.

– Criminal Impersonation.

The charges stem from a February 2025 traffic stop by a Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy.  An investigation revealed the controlled substance in the vehicle resulting in the arrest of Fitzjarrell.
