The Monterey Police Department reports that James Puckett and Michael Puckett were arrested on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 on Putnam County Grand Jury Pick Up Indictments for Filing A False Police Report in relation to the December 29, 2025 fire that occurred at 516 North Holly Street.
