The TBI is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Monday morning in Scott County. It happened around 11am at a home in the Stanley Creek area in Oneida. Officers responded to a shooting incident and discovered a man with a gunshot wound who was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
