University of Tennessee sophomore golfer Jackson Herrington will be on of the six amateurs to compete in this year’s Masters Tournament.
Jackson and the other amateurs not only will be playing for the historic green jacket but will also compete for the Masters Silver Cup which is awarded to the amateur with the best 72-hole score in the historic tournament.
Herrington qualified for this years Masters after finishing runner-up in the 2025 U.S. Amateur Golf Championship last August at The Olympic Club’s Lake Course in San Francisco.
The 90th Masters Tournament starts Thursday and will conclude on Sunday.
