The Lady Panthers of Stone Memorial will vye for a State Championship. Stone Memorial faced Soddy Daisy in a pitchers duel where only five hits were seen between both clubs.
SMHS took down the Lady Trojans of Soddy Daisy with a 1-0 score. Stone Memorial pitcher Kenzie Jackson pitched a complete game shutout allowing one hit and collecting seven strikeouts. While Jackson got it done on the mound Cadence Cox had the game winning RBI to send the Lady Panthers to the 2026 TSSAA Spring Fling to play for a State Title.
SMHS joins Cocke County, Liberty Creek, and McNairy Central as schools advancing to the State Tournament from the Class 3A Region. At the time of this release four more spots need to be filled before the State Tournament next week.
