Black Dog with White Patches Bites Two People in Crossville

Two people in Crossville have been bitten by the same black dog with white patches.  The dog was walking with a dark male wearing all black on Hayes Street when, unprovoked, it bit a woman. The woman had teeth marks and bruising but no puncture wounds.  A short time later, Police responded to Cumberland Medical Center for another woman who was bitten by the same dog as she was walking on Webb Avenue. She suffered minor cuts and abrasions on her right wrist and hand.  The second victim said a dark male wearing all black showed up for the dog.  Police were unable to locate either the dog or the male at the time of the report.
