The U.S. Marshals Service is looking for 38-year-old Jesse Wayne Phillips who is wanted for Second-Degree Murder in the fatal shooting of Christopher B. Yates on Parker Road in Pall Mall, Tennessee. It is alleged that Phillips shot Yates during a dispute. Phillips was last seen on May 28th in Clinton County, Kentucky. A reward up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
