Crossville Police responded to the Executive Inn on July 17, 2026 after 55-year-old Wille Charles Suggs, Jr. reported that there was an unknown female in his Acura and he wanted her out.
When Mr. Suggs was advised that there was no female present in his vehicle, he reportedly stated, “Yes, she is in my lap and getting heavy.”
Police observed an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle’s cup holder and a glass pipe in the floorboard.
A search of Mr. Suggs’ person revealed a plastic baggie containing a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Police say Mr. Suggs admitted to using meth 30 minutes prior to their arrival.
Mr. Suggs was transported for booking and charged with Public Intoxication and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
