Cumberland County Deputies Charge Oak Ridge Woman With Criminal Impersonation

An Oak Ridge woman has been charged with Criminal Impersonation after she allegedly gave a false name to Cumberland County Deputies who were looking for a suspected motorcycle thief in Westel.

Authorities were looking for Freddy Collins at a residence in the 1800 block of Westel Road when they discovered 30-year-old Hayley Anne Lemons hiding in a closet under a pile of clothes.  While trying to identify her, Deputies learned that Ms. Lemons was wanted on an active warrant in Anderson County for violation of probation.

The motorcycle, which had been reported stolen in Roane County, was found in Mr. Collin’s bedroom.

According to reports, Freddy Collins also had an active warrant for violation of probation in Roane County.
