For the 13th time ESPN’s College Gameday is returning to Knoxville for Saturday’s big time matchup between #1 Texas and #14 Tennessee.
The show will be at the lawn of Ayres Hall from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM central time. The final hour from the show from 10-11am will be from inside Neyland Stadium leading up to the 11:00 AM kickoff between the Longhorns and the Volunteers. According to Tennessee Athletics, “Fans are encouraged to arrive early. Camping overnight is not permitted.”
The last time Texas and Tennessee met was in the Cotton Bowl in 1969 where the Longhorns got the best of Tennessee with a 36-13 score. Coverage of the top 15 matchup can be heard on 102.5 WOW Country.
