C5 Christian Counseling Center Press Release:
In cooperation with the non-profit C5 Christian Counseling Center, Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster has designated Oct. 4–10, 2026, as “Mental Health Awareness Week” in Cumberland County, and Oct. 10 as “World Mental Health Day.” The purpose of the observances is to raise awareness and educate the public about mental health issues, and to fight the stigma.
