* WHAT…Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Gusts   up to 50 mph are possible in higher elevations.

* WHERE…All of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree   limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
